Participants race kits:

All race kits will contain, t-shirt (if registered before june 1^st 2008), race number, swim cap (triathletes only) , site information, sponsors selected gifts.

Kit Pick up:

Where: Municipal Librairy of the old village of Mont-Tremblant
When:
- Friday, , june 20th 2008, 6pm to 8pm
- Saturday, JUNE 21st 2008, 7am to 8:45am

Insurance:
---------------
Every participant entry fee includes athlete insurance.

Championship timing:
----------------------
The Mont-Tremblant Triathlon and Duathlon timing system is manage by Sportstats. Sportstats utilizes the championship timing system witch requires all participants to wear a computer chip around their ankle.

Athletes are responsible for returning their chip at the finish line. Note- you are responsible for the cost of replacing lost computer chips !

Awards and medals ceremonie:
---------------------------------------------------------
All athletes will receive a medal when crossing successfully the finish line. Category winners will received a medal for their accomplisment for the three first positions officially presented on stage at the awards ceremony.

Medical team:
-----------------------
Professional medical staff will be on site to provide to all participants and athletes the highest standarts of care possible. Our team will consist of ER doctors and medical nurses.

If you are entering by mail, please make cheques payable to the order of: Triathlon Mont-Tremblant. The deadline date (stamped date) is june 1^st 2008 to send your entry by mail.

Note:
All entries after june 1^st 2008 will be subject to a 15$ late fee and have to register by fax or register using our on line entry form eventsonline.ca until june 18^th 2008.

Anyone entering on the event day will be charged a $ 20 late fee. Registration on the day of the event will close at 8 :30am. Don't forget, spots are limited to 500.

So, if you register early, you pay less! Assure your participation and get more time to train!

Refund policy:

There are no refunds for any reason possible. Registration is non-transferable from person to person. No refunds if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather.
