 Swim course
Welcome to Lac Mercier, a wonderful calm lake tucked in the heart of Mont-Tremblant village. The swim course is 2 laps of 500 meters with a beach exit between the laps. The transition zone is only a few feet from the exit of the water!

 Cycling course
(NEW)
The new bike course consists of 3 loops of 11,2km each close to traffic.
The course follows Tremblant lake and head’s out on Montée Ryan trough beautiful golf courses to finish back downtown Mont-Tremblant Vieux Village.

 Run course (NEW)
The course follows the shores of wonderful Mercier lake. Your last kilometer will be run downtown Mont-Tremblant old village where an energized crowd will cheer your arrival at the old train station.
Good news! The last 300 meters are downhill towards the finish line!!
